We accept un-stitched items in return and customer will receive full refund excluding shipping charges. Please email us at email@example.com in 24 hours and we will provide you further information.
Please note that we can’t ensure a 100%, that fitting will be accurate as fitting inclination can vary due to many reasons. If you require any modification on your outfit after conveyance, please contact your local tailor or please send us back for tailor fitting. Transportation cost & obligation of sending item should be borne by buyer and it will not be refundable.
Please note that we don’t accept or replace tailor made / customise products and it is non-refundable.
In case you would like to cancel order, please send us email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can only cancel order only if you contact us in 24 hours from placing your order. We will deduct 5% of order amount as admin fees.
Manufacturing defects and wrong products:
On the off chance that you have gotten a damaged product or if the product you got was not the product you requested, please get in touch with us via email inside 24 hours of your receipt of the item. Fabric and work:
We don’t give any insurance on Colour/Fabric/Weaving/Silk/Zari work etc. Likewise, customised or un-stitched outfits and so it won’t be exchanged or taken again under any circumstances. All outfits are encouraged to be Dry Cleaned only.
Our outfits are totally handmade utilizing complex system of colouring, surface ornamentation & sewing. Irregularities inside item style may emerge which adds to their innate uniqueness.
We use best courier companies to safe and fast delivery but some of handmade embroidery work like mirror work may come off in transit.
Return and Refund:
It’s very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
Please return within 7 working days of confirmation from our end, and with original packing & same condition (please, no worn, washed, used or altered items). Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received. We will not refund if we receive product after 7 days.
As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn’t get delivered to us, we may not be able to help you. So make sure to send through good postal service provider and keep the airway bill or postal receipt till it gets delivered to us. Customer is responsible for paying duty if it is come up.
If you have received items through our free shipping offer, shipping charges will be taken from refund.
We are unable to provide a return shipping charges, and therefore all return charges including duty are to be covered by the customer.
